FaceChat™ is a social platform built most especially for the Black community around the globe, and open to everyone who comes in good faith. These terms govern your use of the platform. By creating an account, you agree to them.

You must provide a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FaceChat™. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we will close it.

One person, one account — no impersonating other people, brands, or public figures.

You own what you post. By posting, you give FaceChat™ permission to store and show your content to the people you share it with — that permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that violates someone else's rights. See our Community Guidelines for the full standard.

Nude photos and videos are prohibited. Accounts posting them will be suspended. Media may be processed by automated safety services before it is shared.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, with or without notice, depending on severity.

Business accounts, advertising, and special events are planned features. When they launch, additional terms for commercial use will apply and will be published here.

FaceChat™, its name, logo, and design belong to us. You may not copy, resell, or frame the platform as your own.

We work hard to keep FaceChat™ available and safe, but we provide it "as is" — we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. When we do, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
