Community Guidelines
FaceChat™ is our house. These are the house rules — they keep it warm, safe, and worth coming back to.
Last updated: November 2026
1. Treat people like people
Debate ideas fiercely; attack people never. Disagreement is welcome — disrespect is not.
No harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse of any member, in posts, comments, or private messages.
2. No hate, in any direction
FaceChat™ exists to uplift the Black community around the globe — and hate has no home here, whoever it targets. No racism, colourism, tribalism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, religious hatred, or attacks on anyone's identity.
Slurs, dehumanising language, and content that glorifies violence against any group will be removed.
3. Keep it real
No impersonation, no fake accounts, no scams. If you run a business page, be the business you claim to be.
Do not deliberately spread false information that could harm people — especially about health, elections, or emergencies.
4. Respect boundaries
Do not share anyone's private information — addresses, phone numbers, private messages — without their consent.
No sexually explicit content, and absolutely no content that sexualises or endangers minors. Such content is reported to the relevant authorities.
No nude photos or videos are allowed on FaceChat™. Accounts that post nude photos or videos will be suspended.
5. Enforcement
Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban, depending on severity and history.
Uploaded photos and videos are automatically screened before sharing. Rule-violating or uncertain media is blocked; confirmed nude-media violations result in account suspension. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee every violation is detected.
See something that breaks these rules? Report it. This community protects itself.
